Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days for Europe, and 7–14 business days for international orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide? +
Yes! We ship to over 150 countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on our courier's website.
Can I change my delivery address? +
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately via the Contact page and we will do our best to update the address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I start a return? +
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged? +
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
